1. Eligibility
- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- The applicant must be an Individual, Proprietorship Firm, Partnership Firm, LLP,
Company, or other legally registered entity.
- The applicant must possess a valid business registration and other applicable statutory
registrations such as RERA Registration & GST Certificate etc.
- The applicant must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration
including Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, etc. or if Partnership then Deed, Partner Details,
Company MCA Data, Board Resolution, Names of other directors, MOA & AOA.
2. Registration Process
- Submission of the Channel Partner registration form does not guarantee approval or
empanelment.
- The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional
information/documents at its sole discretion.
- Incomplete forms or missing documents may lead to rejection or delay in processing.
- Any false, misleading, or incorrect information may result in rejection or cancellation
of registration.
3. Required Documents
The applicant may be required to upload the following documents:
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID
- GST Registration Certificate
- RERA Registration Certificate
- Company Registration Certificate / Incorporation Certificate
- Cancelled Cheque / Bank Details
- Passport-size Photograph
4. RERA Compliance
- The Channel Partner shall comply with all provisions of the applicable Real Estate laws
and RERA regulations.
- The Channel Partner must hold a valid RERA registration number.
- The Channel Partner shall mention the same valid RERA registration number in all booking
forms and customer-related documents.
- If the RERA registration expires, is suspended, revoked, or becomes invalid, the Channel
Partner must immediately inform the company.
- Any violation of RERA rules or use of an invalid RERA number may lead to immediate
suspension or termination of the Agreement.
5. Code of Conduct
- The Channel Partner shall maintain professional conduct at all times.
- The Channel Partner shall not make any false commitments, misleading statements, or
unauthorized promises to customers.
- The Channel Partner shall not misuse the company's brand name, logo, brochures,
marketing material, or project information.
- The Channel Partner shall not share confidential customer information or company data
with any third party.
- The Channel Partner shall follow all company guidelines, policies, and sales processes.
6. Commission and Payment
- Commission shall be payable only after registration of Agreement for sale.
- Commission structure, payment timelines, and eligibility criteria shall be governed by
the company's prevailing policy.
- The company reserves the right to hold, revise, or cancel commission in case of
cancellation, refund, policy violation, fraud, or misrepresentation.
- Taxes, TDS, and other statutory deductions shall be applicable as per law.
7. Booking and Customer Interaction
- The Channel Partner shall provide accurate project information to customers.
- The Channel Partner shall ensure that the customer understands the project details,
payment plan, terms of sale, and applicable charges.
- The company shall not be responsible for any unauthorized commitments made by the
Channel Partner.
- The Channel Partner shall not collect any payment from customers in their personal /
Channel Partner company account / Partnership Firm / LLP on behalf of NPR.
8. Confidentiality
- All project information, pricing, customer data, sales data, login credentials, and
marketing materials shared by the company shall be treated as confidential.
- The Channel Partner shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any confidential
information without prior written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, brand names, brochures, creatives, and other materials remain the
sole property of the company.
- The Channel Partner shall use such materials only for authorized marketing and
promotional purposes.
10. Suspension and Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Channel Partner registration at
any time without prior notice in case of:
- Misrepresentation or fraud
- Submission of false documents
- Violation of company policies
- Violation of RERA guidelines
- Customer complaints or unethical practices
- Misuse of company brand or confidential information
11. Limitation of Liability
- The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the Channel Partner's activities.
- The Channel Partner shall be solely responsible for its own acts, omissions, employees,
agents, and representatives.
12. Changes to Terms
- The company reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions
at any time without prior notice.
- Continued association with the company shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Declaration
By submitting the registration form, the CP confirms that:
- All information and documents provided are true and correct.
- They have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
- They agree to comply with all company policies, RERA guidelines, and as per prevailing
applicable laws.
- They understand that registration approval is subject to verification and company
discretion.
